1. a cup of excelerade drink
2. 2 ketul garlic bread roti peranchis
3. 1 keping butterscotch
Lunch
1. sup sayur (sayur kacang panjang + seleri)
2. udang masak lemak...makan udang jer...satu mangkuk kowt..banyak gak...hehe
Dinner
1. sotong goreng sejemput
2. sup tomato (tomato+cendawan+daging kisar=mcm sos spaghetti ajew..hehe)
Senaman
-tak pi gym..ade meeting kelas aerobik...alasan!!muahaha..
